Even though it may not look like it our teachers have affected our upbringing. I imagine this can be hard to believe since most people only remember their best and worst teachers. Their influence over you isn’t something you notice until after your done taking classes with them. Whether you experience with a professor was good or bad it doesn’t change the fact that they somehow impacted you in a way.

In this case I am referring to the way teachers reprimand their students. Who doesn’t remember the time that they were called out by a teacher for talking too much to a friend or overall disrupting class? Besides the obvious reason they also called you out because they wanted to show you the appropriate way to behave in public. It’s because of this reason that professors used certain techniques such as:

  • Calling out students
  • Detention

There are several other techniques that are discussed in the article. Each depends on the reaction of that individual. If you wish to learn more, the full article can be found here: http://influence.bafree.net/teachers-should-know-how-to-influence-a-child-in-school.php
