Good afternoon everybody!

In this blog post I wish to talk about another article that stood out to me. It was about the intelligence race and the competitive nature that is involved when different countries, in this case the United States and China, are trying to get ahead. Throughout most of the article there is information about these technological improvements and their individual purpose. Furthermore, it also briefly talks about how the media has been used to influence opinion in this matter as well.
