THE AMA’S

Last night were the American Music Awards in the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California. The show was hosted by Gigi Hadid and Jay Pharoah and they tried their best to host the show.

They kicked off the show with the amazing performance by  Bruno Mars with the hit song 24k Magic.

Seriously, for me this was the best performance of the night. Bruno really knows how to start off a show. He was so full of energy and passion during his performance. I love that during every performance he does he just has fun and always has the crowd go wild.

Other artist performed such as Niall Horan from One Direction. Niall is still in One Direction, but since they are taking a break he decided to do new music. Niall released This Town which has become a hit.

Also, Shawn Mendes performed Treat You Better and Mercy. Which was incredible, he started with the guitar and ended with the piano. Shawn amazes me every time. WOW. This boy can really sing. I just love how much passion and dedication he has when performing his songs.

You guys can’t forget about Justin Bieber… WOW. This was amazing! Also, Justin won three awards last night. He won Favorite Male Artist, Favorite Song for Love Yourself and finally Video of the Year for Sorry.

Another great performance from last night was from Maroon 5 and Kendrick Lamar, which was the final act of the award show. Maroon sang their new song Don’t Wanna Know.

And another summer favorite was performed last night and that was Closer by The Chainsmokers ft Halsey. Seriously guys, I love the connection they have when they sing together up on stage. They had the crowd cheering and everyone was having a good time.

And the one that took everyone by surprise was Green Day. They chanted “No Trump, no KKK, no fascist USA! During their song Bang Bang Bang.

Other artist such as James Bay, Fifth Harmony, Lady Gaga, John Legend, The Weeknd, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj performed.

THE BEST FOR LAST… STING!

Sting performed last night and it was AMAAAAAAZING  they sang “Can’t Stop Thinking About You’/’Message in a Bottle’/’Every Breath You Take” and accepted the Award of Merit.
