In social media there were a lot of comments before and during Election Day.  Following the perspective of social media many people (especially the youth) were counting on voting for Alexandra Lúgaro and not many citizens were satisfied with Ricky Rosselló. There were many complaints about some machines, where you had to submit the ballot. Also, there were a lot of memes trending in social media like for example, Twitter.

This election had there ups and down, negative and positive comments.  Some were excited because it was their first time to vote.  In social media there were people who defended their candidates, this is what causes a lot of disrespect and every person should respect everybody’s different opinions.  In my opinion, it doesn’t matter who wins, I just  want our country to be at peace and at best.
