Hello everyone, today we will be talking again, about one of the Poison Apple Books series of Schoolastic. This books are mainly for children, but I adore the thematic that this series works with. All of this stories are very short so they barely take you time to read them. You can easily finish one of the books in just a couple of hours and you have enough time to start another one. It just depends of how interested you are in it.

Today’s post is about another book by by Mimi McCoy. She has written a lot of books for this series of independent books and I have absolutely loved them. The book we will be talking about is called Her Evil Twin. If I am not mistaken this is Poison Apple’s book number 6. This is a very fast paced story, I think it’s absolutely great for young readers and people who are just developing their love for literature.

In this story we are presented to Anna. She is what people would call boring, she isn’t too outgoing or fashionable until she meets her new friend Emma, she is everything Anna wishes to be. She’s fearless and outgoing, and extremely fashionable, but a bit of a trouble maker. Something that Anna doesn’t get is how Emma never gets caught but Anna does and gets blamed by everything Emma does as well.

Emma looks so much like Anna everyone mistake Anna for Emma. Anna’s even starting to lose her old friend because of her. Is Emma, Anna’s evil twin?

The story keeps you on edge until Anna’s mother makes a comment that makes it all clear… But How? When? But mostly how? The incredible plot twist that we are presented is what makes the story so perfect in my opinion.
