Portraits and I don’t get along I don’t really have a talent for them Is not what I want to specialize in my career but I do admit that is an amazing way of capturing emotions and stories behind the people that are in them. Whether is a self-portrait or a portrait of something that it represents you, or a portrait of someone else it has a way of capturing something.

This photos were shoot by a 50mm f/1.8 lens and at 5:30 in the afternoon that’s why the light of the sun is more potent in her face. The first photo I tried to soften the light with a white reflector that is called “ceda” in the photography world. The second one is without the reflector thats why the light is so strong and bright.

I Edited them in photoshop and Lightroom. I looked for looks and colors until I found a video in YouTube about moody green Lightroom and I Put my own twist I didn’t do it exactly like the person in the video but I think that’s what makes it more authentic.

Green Moody

I don’t personally do a lot of portraits as I said in the first paragraph but I follow this page on Instagram and is amazing.
