It was a magical timelessness in Capri, meaning as if suddenly time stopped and you’re stuck in a otherworldly beauty with crystal blue waters, mystical gardens and fancy streets. It’s quite elegant, for whoever decided to visit Capri you’ll feel a sense of warmth and tenderness. You would want to stay forever

Last summer, I went on a cruise through the mediterranean and one of it’s destinations it’s Capri obviously. At first glance it seemed fictitious, you felt as if you were the protagonist of a movie. It’s small yet extravagant town located on the top of a mountain sort of like mount Olympus with two methods of transportation either car or cable car. When entering it’s unreal. It could be describe like a village crafted by gods.  Apparently Capri is known for harvesting lemons, for that reason all you see are kiosks of something with lemons: drinks, pastries and more. The streets were small, and it was quite difficult to walk around but one gets distracting with the surrounding flowers with vibrant colors. Each step I took, it came with a new surprise. Especially the Garden of Augustus, or as I confused it as heaven. You felt as you were stuck in a romantic comedy. It could be the most romantic scene with their vibrant flowers, emerald blue waters and statues of gods. The view was breathtaking, you see the boats docked and the mountains above. It was an unique experience.

When we got onboard the cruise, there was a part telling me that I must return to Capri. It was a romantic yet peaceful experience. I wanted to stay there forever, and also wanted to meet a nice Italian guy and run towards the sunset. I guess that’s the magic of Capri.
