Social Media & 2016 Elections….

We all know that the next up-coming governor on Puerto Rico is Ricardo Roselló which was and wasn’t a big surprise for everyone. I was one of the people who voted and I voted not because my family represents any party, no, because I want to be conscious about Puerto Rico’s future. Alejandro García Padilla, in my opinion has only downgraded the country and it sucks, our reputation is affected because of him. “Ricky” Roselló doesn’t really have any experience what so ever on how to deal with a whole country, but on the bright side his father has THE experience.

November 8/9 was a nightmare for a lot of people. Everyone was rooting for Hillary Clinton, but then the BIG surprise…. Donald Trump is the next president of the United States. Unfortunately we see how racism, homophobia wins. He doesn’t respect anyone and it’s completely sad that Trump is going to be the next president.

Social media related on elections, I saw a lot of memes, gifs about the elections. The saddest part was watching the videos of each candidates campaign and speeches. Trump’s campaign was full of hatred, people punching each other, verbally offending people who are against their believes .. It was a upsetting moment foe a lot of people.
