I specially like this series as it is one of the early series I remember as a kid. This series tells the story of how Virgil Hawkins receives his powers, as part of a raid of a gang war. This raid gives him and countless others powers, most of them become villains but Virgil becomes Static, an electricity using superhero. He is joined by Richie, his best friend and tech genius.
