The title is the slogan for Kodak (founded in 1889). When the Brownie camera was available to everybody in the 1900′s. Yeah, this one:

With its simple controls and initial price of $1

it revolutionized the photography industry and put professional  photographers to worry. At this time anybody could take photographs  and sadly to say that has not changed to this very day, and it will probably keep on doing so. I am a photography major student and I’m pretty sure I could rant about how people get a camera and think they could do photography relying on Photoshop for the pictures sake. Charging ridiculous prices for horrible images with bad composition.  When I got into my first photography class which is Black and White film, i started to learn about how everything affects everything and especially the developing process. By that time I have never yet had held a professional camera in my life and it was the best moment in my life! I guess it’s like that to many photography students. See because that’s your weapon, that camera will produce the worst shots of your life, the lucky shots, and the I-busted-my-ass-taking-that-photograph-so-you-very-damn-well-love-it moment. And that’s how we learn. I remember the first picture i ever took with my Nikon N60 film camera. It was a sunflower that one of my best friends gave to me on valentines day. the lighting was beautiful, the shadows were perfect. So, I pressed the shutter button and took the photograph. I was intrigued at my final product when i developed that film later that day. I actually made extra copies of the sunflower photograph and gave it to my best friend to thank him for such a beautiful flower and made it immortal to me. Ever since then photography took a whole new meaning to me.

Graphic Design is not a photography class there for you are not a photographer! You are bamboozling people that do not know a thing about photography! A hobby person may know more photography than you. Just because you own a professional camera does not make you a professional photographer automatically.  IF YOU WERE A PHOTOGRAPHER AS YOU CLAIM YOU’LL KNOW THAT THE MOST EXPENSIVE CAMERA IS NOT NECESSARILY THE BEST! You simply press the button and that’s it and Photoshop does the rest.  You do not know how many true photographers you frustrate with you smug comments. Me as a future professional photographers I dedicate to you:
